The cell clone strain is cultured according to the following culture conditions: after the Gs clone strain is cultured for 48 hours through passage of 0.6*10 /ml-1.0*10 /ml, the cell density reaches 8.0*10 /ml-1.2*10 /ml, and the cell activity is 91% or more after the Gs clone strain is cultured for 72 hours, the cell density reaches 1.5*10 /ml-2.0*10 /ml, and the cell activity is 92% or more and after the Gs clone strain is cultured for 96 hours, the cell activity is still 80% or more. The preservation number of the Gs clone strain of the BHK-21 cell line is 14735. Abstract: The invention relates to the field of microorganisms and provides a Gs clone strain of a BHK-21 cell line.
